How does the contest work? +
By purchasing a BW SCR1100 Ducati T-shirt on badwinners.com, your entry into the contest is registered. After your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email confirming your registration. Once all contest T-shirts have been sold, a prize draw will be held by a court-appointed bailiff (huissier de justice) to select the winner, who will receive the Ducati Scrambler 1100 custom-built by us.
how to participate? +
To enter, simply purchase a BW SCR1100 Ducati T-shirt and select "yes" to "enter the prize draw" section. As soon as you make your purchase, you'll be officially entered for a chance to win the Ducati Scrambler 1100 custom-built by Bad Winners. One T-shirt purchased = one chance to win Two T-shirts = two chances Three T-shirts = three chances And so on…
How is the winner selected? +
At the close of the contest, we provide the court-appointed bailiff with a file containing the order number along with the first and last name of each participant. The bailiff will then carry out the prize draw to determine the contest winner.
how will the winner be contacted? +
By email and/or phone within 24 hours of the draw. They have 14 days to claim their prize. If unclaimed, a new draw takes place.
How long does the contest last? +
The contest runs from September 7th, 2026 to October 21st, 2026 inclusive. The BW Ducati SCR1100 contest is limited to 2,500 entries. If all T-shirts sell out before that date, the contest will close early and a court-appointed bailiff will carry out the prize draw.
Is the motorcycle street-legal? +
The motorcycle is street-legal. It will be delivered with its French registration document (carte grise). The Bad Winners MotoKit is plug-and-play, so the motorcycle can be returned to its original configuration without modification. The original parts will be given to the winner.
