These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the contractual relationship between RAW ENGINEERING, located at 7 Place de l'Hôtel de ville, Aulnay-sous-Bois, 93600, France, and any person placing an order through the website www.badwinners.com (the "Site"). By placing an order on the Site, you fully and unreservedly accept these Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Available products: Bad Winners offers parts, customization kits, and bespoke motorcycle design services.

Product description: Each product comes with a detailed description specifying its features, specific delivery times, and price. Product photographs are not contractually binding.

Special orders: Certain custom or personalized orders may require a manufacturing lead time of up to 8 weeks.

Order process: Orders are placed directly on the Site. The customer must ensure the accuracy of the information provided (address, products, quantity).

Order confirmation: Once an order is validated, a confirmation email is sent to the customer.

Product availability: Should a product become unavailable after order confirmation, Bad Winners will inform the customer as soon as possible. An alternative solution or a refund will be offered.

Prices: All prices are shown in euros (€), all taxes included, excluding shipping costs.

Shipping costs: Shipping costs are calculated at the time of order and vary depending on the destination, weight, and size of the items ordered.

Payment methods: Payments are secure and can be made by credit card or any other payment method indicated on the Site.

Payment in full: Orders must be paid in full before shipment.

Delivery times: Delivery times are specified in each product description. General estimates are as follows:

• France: 2 to 5 business days.
• Europe: 5 to 10 business days.
• International: 7 to 20 business days.
• Special orders: Up to 8 weeks.

Delivery address: The customer is responsible for providing a correct delivery address. Bad Winners cannot be held responsible for undeliverable packages.

Tracking: A tracking number is provided after shipment.

Right of withdrawal: In accordance with European regulations, you have 14 days after receiving your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.

Eligibility: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, with tags and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds: Once the return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued via the original payment method within 10 business days.

Legal warranty: Products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects.

Limitation of liability: Bad Winners cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from misuse or incorrect installation of the products.

All content (text, images, videos) on the Site is the exclusive property of Bad Winners. Any reproduction, even partial, is prohibited without prior authorization.

Personal data collected during orders is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. It is used exclusively for order processing and to improve our services.

Applicable law: These Terms of Sale are governed by French law.

Dispute resolution: In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Failing that, the competent courts will be those of Paris.
